Never a wait when we come here, great food and service, although last time I went their utensils were not cleaned thoroughly cleaned and I requested new ones, besides that 9/10!

great resto but read my review if you think they are unethical. we placed an order of 5 lbs of char-grilled chicken over the phone. i came and picked up a tray of chicken. at home, my wife looked at the tray and wondered if the tray is 5 lbs as promised by the resto. after put on 2 different scales, it is confirmed that the tray is NOT 5 lb. i brought back the tray to the resto and here's the ethical issue mentioned is in play. after i stated the fact of weight of tray, the server replied (in vnese) that the tray contained “the 5-lb of chicken BEFORE grilling". the resto weighed the 5 lb of marinaded raw chicken and whatever product after grilling, that's "5 lbs" in their opinion. I hope I'm wrong on this but my receipt (see picture) and the menu item stated that "5 lb of grilled chicken". my recommendation, don't order any items on the catering menu ! great servers, good food, but if the resto is unethical, is it worth for a visit ? you’ll be the judge. one last thought. when i order from a catering menu, am i ordering a dish or am i shopping a raw product from a restaurant ? something for rumination.

I never had a bad experience with Pho Ben until now and I think I’ll go to the other location from now on. My soup is cold and I asked if they served spring rolls and the cashier name Lien said they didn’t serve any...when I walked out I picked up the to go menu on the way out and they do.

Ate lunch there days ago... I was promotly greeted at the door and the ordered my phone as soon as I sat down . My pho arrived quickly (as it always does) and tasted amazing. Definitely would recommend lunch here. -Vince

Came here on a whim, first time. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the best aroma. Service was fast and my pho was amazing. My friend kept going on about how nice and lean her meat was (she doesn’t like a lot of fat or tendon). 😂 Would definitely come again.

Ordered bun (pork vermicelli bowl). I always order bun at Viet restaurants. Decently priced and flavored great here, but the noodles were cold. It arrived within minutes of ordering, so I'm assuming it was sitting out for a long while.

I go the place when I want to eat pho noodles , this is my togo order today 8th/Oct/2020. I really disappoint it , man , this is a hair in my beef noodle soup combination (it was lunch for me and my 2years old kid) , I understand how restaurants are busy sometime, people make mistake,but it is co-19 period , restaurant should take more serious food safety ! I still like the store,but please get more attention on food safety.

The pho Soup was good but the chicken sandwiches were not good at all compared to other vietnamese cafes.
